Increase website and social media engagement around the theme of Halloween.
In the style of a scavenger hunt, Recyclebank users could follow a group of trick-or-treaters, as they went house-to-house searching for Halloween treats. Each house was located on a different Recyclebank page. The scavenger hunt included quizzes, recycling pledges, articles on cultivating a greener lifestyle, and a Facebook tab where users could send in their green Halloween costumes. The campaign encompassed the microsite, digital ads, as well as emails.
